It was there William learned about the anatomy of a successful project; through Deterministic Programming he is able to apply it.
He combines his education and experience in computer science, design, and system integration to implement projects that bring positive change to organizations like NASA, Harvard Business School, DARPA, Life Technologies and Pfizer.
